We can send the parcels to most of the country worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service.

1 How long does shipping take? 

After you placed the order and finish the payments. usually we will process it soon and send them in 24hours. If it needs extra to make the new one. also I will let you know.

And Now we send parcels by DHL/Fedex/USPS/EMS. it needs about 6-7days before. But now it may need 10-12days as the Covid and few planes.

2 Is there any other fee?

After you finished the payment. there is no any other fee. about the custom fee. usually there is no as it is small parcel. If there is any trouble before you got the parcel. just please let me know.

3 What is your product guarantee and how its quality ?

Always we want to offer our customers the  best quality items and jewelry. Our objective is to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and the service they receive so you will return to us again and again. We are interested in a long term business relationship based on trust, service, and quality.

4 How can I return my items if I dont like our items?

Usually our items are been disign according the customer's request and we can not accept the returned. If it is not be design, you will need to email us with the details of your order and what you would like to return. then I will offer you our address. In order to replace your items, you will need to provide tracking with your shipment and ship them back at your expense.

5 Can I get one item as a sample at the wholesale price?

We offer our items with a very low price. sorry we can not offer one item with wholesale price. But there will be a small discount if there are many pcs items. Even sometimes I will offer you them free shipping.

Usually I suggest our customer that she can buy one item first, if you like it and decide to order a larger number of items the second time, we will reduce the price of your order by the difference between what you paid for the first items at retail price and the wholesale price or a discount.
